The boat was built in 2001.European VAT has been paid.The boat was used only ~2 months per year, and during 2005-2017 was in water only in summer.The sale is directly from the owner, without broker.The Mainsail (2019) and Genoa (~2015) are the membrane ones, the Staysail is original.Engine Yanmar, ~3600 hours.Electronics: Raymarine Axiom (cockpit), Raymarine C120 (inside), AIS, Raymarine Radar, VHF ICOM M601, Raymarine ST7001 Autopilot, ICS Nav6, NASA Weatherman Navfax, Raymarine CT60, Active Radar reflector SEA-ME, Victron Monitor, Radio/CD.

Having owned, and sold, a very nice IP350#84 'Jess' some eight years ago and quickly purchasing a newer SP Cruiser I am fairly well aquainted with IP Values in the UK and Europe. I am sure it is a stunning boat, but I cant help feeling your asking price is very ambitious.
